Talent hunt?

What kinds of skills or talents do adults use in their chosen professions? Does doing endless math problems enable the gifted writer to write more effectively about the soul of mankind? Does knowing how to conjugate a verb aid the inspired painter in creating a visually appealing product? These are only a few examples of human endeavors that draw on a matrix of human talents, talents that do not always fall within the bounds of the usual classroom experience. Yet these talents exist, and individuals who possess these talents continue to enrich our lives with the products of their talents.

I think to improve the talents we need to work out on the following things.
kinesthetic, intrapersonal, interpersonal, linguistic, logical and mathematical, musical and spatial abilities.
