You have Right to vote and Not to Vote --- Vote 49O

Recently I come across a law which not known to the people.If we can use Indian Panel Code act correctly we can remove the corruption from India. 49 O is code where you can choose not to vote any body.If this vote count increases against the vote earned by politicians then re election we will start.
